I’ve worked in hospitality and fine dining for 10 years.
What appealed to you about working for TBBT?
I’m passionate about sustainability and the chance to reduce food waste while helping people who need it!

Meeting lots of different people every day.
What’s your own favourite type of food?
Probably something Italian!
What signature recipe would you share with TBBT members?
I’ve just about perfected my spaghetti carbonara recipe (not the healthiest but very comforting)
Your top tip for reducing food waste in the home:
If you’re making something like bolognese sauce or a veggie curry, bulk it out with tinned tomatoes and freeze a few extra portions.
