What was your background before joining?
I have worked at M&S for over 25 years. Currently I head up Corporate Human Rights for the global business and lead a fantastic team of Food sustainability and Packaging experts supporting buying teams and supply chain on a day to day basis with issues as diverse as Plastics, Food waste, Water stewardship, Global community programmes and sourcing sustainable raw materials like Cocoa. I have held previous Non Exec Board positions with the Ethical Trading Initiative, LOCOG Stakeholder oversight board, Sedex and currently I am also a Non Exec with IEMA
What appealed to you about working for TBBT?
Supporting Mark and Jane to scale such a brilliant idea … using trusted community groups and surplus food to expand the range of much needed services to vulnerable communities
What’s the best thing about your job?
Working with such a diverse range of inspiring talented people and the food of course
What’s your own favourite type of food?
Sustainable Chocolate in any form
