When did you join TBBT?
I started volunteering for TBBT in June and became a full time member of the team in September 2020
What was your background before joining?
Before TBBT I was working in my family business, Kall Kwik Printing based in Harrogate. I have also always worked in hospitality in some way, before working with my family I managed/worked a well known high street restaurant for 5 years.
What appealed to you about working for TBBT?
Knowing that surplus food that would otherwise end up in landfill is getting put to good use by people who need it.
What’s the best thing about your job?
Reducing food waste and genuinely making a difference for our members
What’s your own favourite type of food?
Everything and anything, I am a bit of a foodie. But if we’re talking desert island dinner, it would have to be a roast dinner with Yorkshire puddings and lashing of gravy:)
