What was your background before joining?
I grew up on a hill farm and studied fine art at the Glasgow school of art. I have worked as a freelance artist hosting workshops and community meals. I have just returned from an organic growing internship in Denmark.
What appealed to you about working for TBBT?
Their innovative way of minimising waste for a brilliant cause.
What’s the best thing about your job?
Meeting lots of interesting people daily!
What’s your own favourite type of food?
Mum’s shepherds pie

Spent brewers grain loaf of bread
Your top tip for reducing food waste in the home:
I have two pet pigs who eat most of my food waste, but before that – planning ahead.
